Refunds/Exchanges

You may return any product purchased within 7 working days of delivery for any reason including change of mind. To ensure you get your refund please email info@biofactpharma.com within 7 working days. You must send the product back quoting your order reference number. Refunds will be paid within 30 days from receipt of this email. The product must be in saleable condition and all original packaging must be in the condition it was sent to you. If the product is tampered with we will not be able to provide you with a refund.
If you received an incorrect or damaged shipment / product you must email info@biofactpharma.com within 14 working days quoting your order reference number and listing the reason for your return. Refunds will be paid within 30 days from receipt of this email. The product must be in saleable condition and all original packaging must be in the condition it was sent to you. If the product is tampered with we will not be able to provide you with a refund.
 Refunds will be issued through the original purchase methods and no cash refunds can be issued. Goods should be returns via registered post or courier. Please retain these posting/courier details, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Original postage and packaging costs and those incurred returning the item(s) are not refundable.
